1. Standard Manufacturer Warranty (Included)

All products come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Non-human-caused functional issues

If your device arrives defective or stops working under normal use within 30 days, we will provide a free replacement or repair (subject to inspection).

2. Extended Warranty (Optional)

Customers may purchase an optional Extended Warranty for additional protection.

Available plans may include:

  • 6-Month Extended Warranty
  • 12-Month Extended Warranty
  • 24-Month Protection Plan (selected products)

Extended warranty covers:

  • Electrical failures

  • Performance-related issues under normal usage

3. Accidental Damage Protection (If Purchased)

For selected electronic devices (AI glasses, earbuds, smart wearables), we offer optional accidental damage protection.

This may cover:

  • Accidental drops
  • Screen damage
  • Water-related damage (non-intentional)
  • Functional failure caused by accidental impact

Note: Accidental Damage Protection is only valid if purchased with the product.

4. What Is NOT Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by misuse or abuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper charging or voltage issues
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)

5. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  3. Attach clear photos or videos of the issue
  4. Describe the problem in detail

Our support team will review your claim within 24–72 business hours.

6. Replacement & Repair Policy

  • Approved warranty claims will receive a replacement, repair, or store credit

  • We reserve the right to inspect all returned products before issuing a replacement

7. International Warranty Notice

Our warranty is valid for international orders. However, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on their location and the nature of the claim.

8. Compatibility & Usage Disclaimer

Our electronic products (including AI smart glasses, wireless audio devices, smartphones, and smart rings) must be used according to the official usage guidelines. Damage caused by improper setup, third-party accessories, or unsupported systems may void the warranty.

9. Protection Plan Refund Policy

Protection plans and extended warranties are non-refundable once activated, except where required by local consumer laws.
